1. Price: The cold-rolled aluminum sheet has a simple process and the price is cheaper than hot-rolled aluminum sheet.

Cast-rolled materials: aluminum -smelted-rolled into strips by casting and rolling mills. In contrast, cast-rolled materials have high production efficiency, but defects such as component segregation and inclusions are not easy to solve, and the quality is not as good as hot-rolled materials.

3. The production process is different: cold rolling is processed by a casting machine into cast rolls (8mm thickness) and processed by a cold rolling machine, while hot rolling is heated by an aluminum (400-500mm thickness), which is heated at high temperatures. Rolled by hot rolling mill;

4. Different properties: The hot-rolled aluminum sheet has good surface quality, strong mechanical properties and ductility, and good oxidation effect. 6. The difference between finished products: Usually, the elongation of the cold-rolled final product is lower than that of the hot-rolled final product. If it is a cast-rolled or hot-rolled product, the surface of the hot-rolled product is usually brighter.
